Website indicated free shuttle. This was one of the main reasons for selecting the hotel. When we called for the shuttle, we were told that a taxi or bus needed to be taken as there was no shuttle. The hotel refused to pay for the shuttle. Though two rooms were reserved, only one was available. We will not be returning to this hotel.

Il est dommage que le service dans les chambres soit insuffisant ,par exemple peu de nettoyage et les serviettes ne sont pas changées.Par contre le personnel tres bien ,la restauration fantastique ainsi que l'attention et l'aide apportée pour la visite de venise
