Il personale è eccellente, disponibile, gentilissimo......io ho prenotato per i miei genitori, sorella, suoceri e cognati.....e nn potevo fare miglior scelta, tutti mi hanno ringraziato per aver scelto il vs hotel.....io ringrazio voi!
l'unica.....un suggerimento ....il cavetto per il collegamento a internet per le camere era molto corto........ma è un granello di sabbia paragonato al confort ,alla cortesia e al servizio....che ripeto è stato più che ottimo!
Grazie e buon lavoro.ci rivedremo presto!

Lors de la réservation j'avais demandé une chambre pour 2 adultes en lit séparé, la confirmation par mail n'était pas claire et prétait à confusion, ce qui a été la réalité en arrivant puisqu'il n'était prévu qu'une personne.
L'hotel est très bien, par contre la signalisation est vraiement particulière (en général)
