I chose this hotel because of free 24hr shuttle service to Malpensa for our departing flight. It would have been helpful to receive more information that round trip service was available and about how to contact the hotel to be picked up at Malpensa for the trip TO the hotel. Instead we paid for a taxi to get to the hotel (and the driver took a very long route).

Sono arrivata verso le ore 22 e non è stato per nulla piacevole scoprire che non c'era disponibilità di cibo, ciò mi ha creato uno sgradevole disagio, a fatica ho avuto un bicchiere di latte e 2 fette biscottate completamente in frantumi. Come prima colazione ho avuto un caffelatte e mi è stato chiesto il pagamento del latte della sera prima consumato in una camera da letto congelata di un hotel dall'aspetto triste cupo.
