The booking included breakfast however when we were in the dining room getting our breakfast a man arrived and told us we were not entitled to breakfast - so we had to go to the reception area along with the man who told us our booking didn't include breakfast, and the reception area confirmed that in fact it did include breakfast. We thought this was all a bit unprofessional and issues such as this should be double checked before guests are 'confronted' while in the process of getting their breakfast.
