Scortesia, maleducazione e arroganza, queste le tre giuste parole per descrivere il personale alla reception di un hotel che non ha nulla di un quattro stelle, mi riferisco alle condizioni dei bagni e ai servizi ( frigo non funzionante, no tv satellitare, no parcheggio, niente bar di pomeriggio).

Il bagno non è all'altezza del livello dell'hotel: chiusura doccia con tenda svolazzante, incrostazioni nelle piastrelle, assenza di mensole per appoggio. Doccia rotta e TV non funzionante ( riparazione non effettuata dopo segnalazione). Ho cambiato camera e in questa il frigo non funzionava. L'internet è solo a pagamento ed è caro. Il parcheggio è comodissimo ma solo a pagamento. Alla reception sono gentili ma incerti. La colazione è ottima. Credo e spero che la camera "a prezzo scontato" sia proprio solo un richiamo pubblicitario. Se non fosse così il prezzo intero non sarebbe affatto consono e adeguato alla classe dell'hotel. Per tale motivo ho gradito lo sconto del 10%.

Come prima esperienza è stata molto convincente, la professionalità del personale è indiscutibile.
Se dovessi ripeterla con mia moglie e mio figlio lo rifarei senz' altro.
La prima colazione è stata fantastica, peccato che non abbia potuto verificare la qualità del ristorante...sarà per la prossima volta. Continuate così e buon lavoro a tutti.

Dommage que le parking et le Wifi ne soient pas compris dans le prix de base !!!
Pour un 4 étoiles, cela fait vraiment mesquin de réclamer cela dès que l'on souhaite ces services.
Néanmoins, le personnel à l'accueil est très conciliant et fait des efforts sur ces sujets.
