Made a reservation for a family room got a confirmation that the room was reserved, I was traveling with my wife and 2 small childeren. At arrival family room was no longer available. reception did not even tell me that untill I discovered when she gave me the keys. No applogies or what's so ever. Rooms are outdated, bathrooms are probaly build in 1960's and never refurbished. Rooms are very noisy you can hear everything what is happening next door.

In our room there was no hot water! When we asked the staff to come and have a look what is the problem, the guy came, spend 5 minutes in a bathroom and after he told us that obviously this is normal, the water will not be hotter (and it was just cold!) because it is already summer, outside is hot and in Italy people don't need hot water in the summer! And it is the same in all the rooms in all hotel! Nice, ah?! I would never imagine such an answer!! Moreover we were with a 7monthes old baby, it was 22.30, after 5 hours driving.. When we asked to talk with a manager, after 10 minutes they offer us another room, where we had a hot shower

Avons apprécié le calme de l'hôtel.

Vraiment ne semble pas un 4 étoiles, plutôt 2 étoiles.

Nous avions choisit cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec la foire de Milan (15 Km) mais comme les trains étaient en grève lors de notre arrivée, nous avons été obligés de faire les déplacements en navette, ce qui est devenu assez onéreux.

Buono, in realtà si tratterebbe di un 3 stelle per struttura e servizi.

A mio avviso l'hotel non meritava le 4 stelle assegnate.

Trattandosi di un hotel di 4 stelle mi aspettavo una camera migliore, ma appena entrato nell'hotel mi sono reso conto che qualcosa non quadrava. Sono salito in camera e ho avuto conferma dei miei dubbi, odore di chiuso, di fumo e polvere. Con difficoltà sono riuscito a farmi una doccia e ho preferito non soggiornare. Credo che 2 stelle siano più che sufficienti.

Peccato che sia finito! E' stato un ottimo soggiorno.
