Hélàs, on ne peux pas accéder à l'hôtel à pied. Celà m'a couté 4x9€ de taxi pour passer de l'aéroport à l'hôtel. Donc, 155€ au lieu de 115€.

Il ristorante é molto buono

The Jet couldn't be more convenient for the airport in Turin: 2 minutes and you are there! The staff was exceptionally attentive and kind, something I didn't expect in an Italian hotel. It's not a place that you would want to stay if you are interested in seeing the sights in the city but an airport oasis instead. I will definitely stay there again when going out of Turin on an early flight or getting in from a long international flight.

Non ebbi l'opportunita' di provare ne' ristorante/bar ne' mezzi per andare al centro. La prossima volta, si spera di approfittarne, pero', tempo permettendo.

You should have a espresso machine up and running in the hours from 4 am on.

I nice espresso would have been nice just before leaving for the airport.

I asked for a espresso but was told the machine was not warmed up.

We had our daughter in the room with us, which made it pretty cramped.

It was insufferably hot and the air-con didn't work, so we opened the window. This was fine until the next door dicotheque got going - it didn't close until 4 o'clock.

Breakfast was poor.

Maybe we were spoilt by the hotel we had been staying in for the previous 7 nights, but even for a business trip I would not say that Jet Hotel would be my first choice. It is convenient for the airport though, which was why we chose it.

It was very hard to reach the hotel.

the bus mentioned on the site stops quite far from the hotel, there were no taxis around, due to ordering through your site i had no direct number to call for assistance, and eventually had to hitch-hike a ride, arriving at 21:00, rather than 18:00 as planned.

this is especially a shame as i chose the hotel because of it's location.

In the lobby there were some italian newspaper but also some news bulletins in french and english. Those were printed on ordinary copy paper. To my dismay, I found printed on the reverse side of the sheets, credit card numbers (all digits were legilible) the expiration date, the name of the card holder and the amount that was spent. This is a very serious breach of security and confidentiality.

Also, I am a little frustrated by the amount that was charged by the taxi that took me to the airport which was about double of the normal amount. This from a taxi that was called by the hotel staff.

Overall I put 'bad' because the bedrooms have very little sound insulation. On the first night I could clearly hear neighbours phone conversation on he 2nd night a group of people upstairs were making noise til 1am it sounded like the noise was all around me. Both nights I had to get up very early the next day.

Also the first night in a superior room the heating was much too hot and I couldnt really change it.

The service was actually good and the restaurant food was good, although the communication corridor/room between the restaurant and the reception was in a mess (seems to be also a function room).

Overall I would not stay at this hotel again even though really near the airport because I cannot be sure of getting a good night's sleep due to the very cheap and inefficient sound insulation.
