E' la quarta volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel (strategicamente posizionato per chi va in Francia) e ci siamo sempre trovati magnificamente. Il motivo delle valutazioni negative di questo soggiorno è essenzialmente legato alla circostanza che l'hotel non è più un Holiday Inn Express e il cambio di gestione ha inoltre inciso negativamente su tutti i fattori, in particolare sulla pulizia (ad es. TV molto polverosa) e sulla colazione, davvero modesta (i panini per spalmare burro e marmellata, erano freddi da congelatore senza possibilità di scaldarli). Le stanze e i bagni restano, comunque, di un ampiezza e di una comodità eccellente.

L'albergo ha l'autostrada e l'area di servizio attaccata, mentre dalle immagini non si vede. Inoltre la mezza pensione è presso il ristorante dell'area di servizio al self service.
La notte non si è potuto dormire per i rumori del traffico e delle auto che usufruivano della stazione di servizio.
