Jedyny minus hotelu to brak hotelowej restauracji. W dużej mierze rekompensuje go jednak obsługa hotelowa - przemiła i bardzo, bardzo pomocna :)

El personal de recepción no tiene buena atención con los pasajeros. No me informaron de llamadas telefónicas que tuve mientras fui huésped, ni en forma escrita u oral. Me enteré de esas llamadas porque la persona que llamó fue llamada por mi a su casa el día que me retiré del hotel, esto me ocasionó perdidas de negocios en futuro. Se sienten molestos cuando se les pide la llave de la habitación. En mi opinión el personal no corresponde a un hotel cuatro estrellas. Durante mi viaje he pasado por varios hoteles, en todos he notado esfuerzo en el personal por valorar al cliente, hasta en hoteles con menos estrellas. El personal no habla español, solo hablan italiano e ingles.Tampoco se esfuerza en entender a sus pasajeros. Estoy muy desconforme con sus servicios.

Hotel was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would have appreciated tea and coffee making facility in room. However, overall very good. I would recommend the hotel.
