Comentarios Hotel Sport Club Portorais - Carini

This was the worst hotel expereice we had ever had. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The staff was rude and the do not know what the word "service" means. They control the air conditioning from the main desk, we asked for them to turn it on, they did, but during the night as we were sleeping, they turned it off!! We were one of three people who occupied the hotel that night - I had to call the main desk at 3AM to have them turn it back on, we woke up because it was so hot in the room, we never asked them to turn it off, but they did, stingy on the air conditioning. We could have lived with that - but the BED BUGS that invaded us did us in!! Bite from head to toe and suffered day after with the itching and infections, I am reporting this hotel further. No one should ever stay here.

Only one chair end no table in the room. Swimmingpool but swimming not allowed. Bad breakfast

The Hotel sign says Hotel Puntorais which does not match the name of booking which was Hotel Sport Club Puntorais. I drove past it several times as I thought it was a different hotel.
