Il est très regrettable que la serveuse du petit déjeuner est été aussi désagréable. Se faire traiter de voleurs parce que je m'étais permise deprendre un nutella et un miel pour emporter dans la chambre afin de grignoter quelque chose avec la prise de mes médicaments avant notre départ: C'est trés regrettable car le séjour aurait été parfait. Je me doi de rappeler qu'en Suisse les Italiens ont la renommée de prendre cendriers, couverts sel et poivre:::......Enfin le sourire et la gentillesse de la jeune personne qui nous a accueuillie nous enléve un peu cette mauvaise image de cette personne qui n'a aucun tact et politesse envers les clients. Elle aurait pu venir me parler au lieu de le crier à lacantonade. C'est vraiment dommage.
