Todo fue bien, pero un poco por casualidad por que después de hacer el check in nos despertaron a la 1 de la madrugada desde la recepción del hotel diciendo que había un problema con la reserva. Al día siguiente nos dijeron que mi reserva había sido anulada pero a mi no me avisaron en ningún momento así que igual podría haber llegado a Roma y verme en la calle por la mala gestión del hotel.

The receptionist was friendly and first impression from the hotel and the hotel room was good. Bed was comfortable.
The shower was not very clean - hairs from the previous visitor. Noisy in the morning, at 6:30 in the morning a noise from the hallway woke me up. Breakfast was very poor.
