Nous avons eu un grand souci car l'hôtesse a omis de nous rendre nos passeports le jour de notre départ. Nous avons donc eu affaire à un taxi qui est venu à notre rencontre sur l'autoroute, cela nous a coûté 40€ . Nous avons du roulé à 160km/h sur l'autoroute pour pouvoir prendre notre bateau à Ancone . Je pense que c'est inutile que l'hôtesse garde les passeports .

Pur avendo soggiornato una sola notte ci ricordiamo perfettamente il rumore dei vicini di camera ed un continuo ronzio di una ventola che è durato tutta la notte.
lo scopo del nostro soggiorno era il riposo in quanto il giorno dopo avevamo un appuntamento importante. Peccato che al mattino eravamo stanchi e nervosi.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss war viel zu klein - verglichen mit der Leistung ist der Preis massiv überrissen. Zudem wurde nicht - wie gebucht - ein Doppelbett, sondern ein breites Bett zur Verfügung gestellt.
Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe: an zwei Morgenessen waren um 08.30 Uhr weder Käse noch Brot vorhanden... auch auf Nachfrage nicht. Das entspricht in keiner Weise einem 3-Stern-Hotel.
