The staff at the reception at the check out was sucks.
There are two people in the reception, the one who is around 40-50 years old gentleman is very kind. However, the other guy, who is around 30-40 is very, behaved very bad. We asked to change the name of receipt but he could not do that. I could admit what he said but I can not permit his way of saying.
I do not want to stay that hotel anymore even though they learn appropriate way of saying to the customer
