We arrived at the hotel after travelling for several hours by train and taxi (at the time when the area was covered in snow) and were told that there were no facilities to eat or drink apart from a mini fridge in the room with nuts/chocolate and pop/spirit minis. We could also purchase bottles of beer at reception and drink in our room! When we asked if there were any places to eat in the area we were told yes if we had a car to get there! When we asked if we could have a early morning call with tea or coffee delivered to our room (we would expect to pay for this service) we were told no, but we could order tea and coffee at reception - no room service. Very disappointed with the whole stay, all we wanted was a hot meal and a relaxing drink at the hotel whilst waiting for our early morning flight.
