Le service en restauration ne correspond absolument pas aux prétentions de l'hôtel: nous avons été servis en total décalage, puis le serveur, qui s'est trompé dans la prise de commande, a soutenu le contraire! Pour le petit déjeuner, nous avons réclamé plusieurs fois des réassorts, sans succès!

Secondo me occorre migliorare la procedura di apertura porte garage, spesso se ne apre una sola entrando e si rimane prigionieri nella discesa senza poter avvisare nessuno (basterebbe un ripetitore citofonico nel tratto in discesa tra il cancello esterno ed il basculante garage, oppure permetterne l'apertura con i badge di camera).
