Ich erwarte von einem 4 Sterne Hotel, dass wenn ich länger schlafe und das Zimmer um 13h verlasse, dieses am Nachmittag gereinigt wird. Bei Anfrage hiess es vom Zimmermädchen dass nach 12h nichts mehr gereinigt ist. meiner Meinung und nach 30 Jahren berufserfahrung im Tourismus ist dies ein sehr schlechter Standard für ein erstklasshotel (4Sterne). entsprechend wurde das Zimmer während meinem Aufenthalt nie gereinigt.....inakzeptabel.
