COPPIA GIOVANE :
L'hotel e' molto curato nei particolari ed il personale e' cordiale ed efficiente, hanno risposto tempestivamente alle nostre richieste.
la camera era piccola ma pulita ed accogliente come da descrizione.
IL centro benessere , incluso nel prezzo della camera , e' ben curato
ma troppo piccolo per la struttura ( solo 6 lettini relax).E' INACCETTABILE CHE VENGA DATO UN LIMITE DI TEMPO DI 1 ORA PER USUFLUIRE DEL CENRTO TERMALE :ci hanno invitato ad uscire per permettere l'accesso ad altre persone.
il servizio tisaneria era presente ma scarso in quanto vi era , 1 BUSTINA per scatola, insufficiente per l'esigenze dei clienti:. su mia richiesta di ulteriori bustine e zucchero mi e' stato negato il servizio.

WEe had not reaslised from the description thast it was so far out of Iseo. By the end of our stay, that was fine but we were very disappointed at the start, particularly as you could not walk into the town along an attractive lakeside route. We had also thought we would be able to have a lakeside view and of course that is not possible.
