Après un gros orage, l'électricité a disparue en soirée pour ne revenir que vers 4 heures du matin.
Conséquence: pas d'ascenseur et pas de climatisation.
La nuit un bruit assourdissant causé par des pompes mobiles et une odeur nauséabonde nous a empêché de dormir (fenêtres fermée à cause du bruit et des odeurs et pas de climatisation).
Je comprends que l'hôtel n'est pas responsable de l'orage mais il est inadmissible que:
- l'ascenseur soit toujours en panne le lendemain à 8h alors que l'hôtel se trouve au 3ème étage et que personne ne nous a même proposé de l'aide pour descendre nos bagages.
- aucune excuse de la part du personnel pour les désagréments
- aucune ristourne pour les désagréments.
Je suis très déçu par l'accueil et le manque de considération pour les clients dans cet hôtel.

La prima colazione, inizia alle ore 7:00 e non c'è il pane a disposizione.
Suggerisco:come in altri hotel a 3 stelle, di fare il servizio a buffet per la prima colazione, dove l'ospite può servirsi da solo e avere a disposizione cereali, pane, toast, marmellate sfuse etc.
In questo modo si avrebbe meno immondizia, meno lavoro, e i clienti sono più soddisfatti. Grazie
