Hotel nella media. La camera è curata per quanto riguarda l'arredamento. Non accettabile che un letto matrimoniale sia composto da due materassi singoli. Molto scomodo.

Close to Porta Garibaldi, big railway station and metro point and Corso Como, the most happening street during the night in Milan. You can even walk to the Duomo from the hotel location, takes about 30 minutes. Stefano at the night shift is a great guy, helpful, responsive and very friendly!

Una buona accoglienza e cortesia da parte del personale. La zona è un po' rumorosa per il traffico.

The hotel was built in 1909 and has character. The area in which it is located is a bit off the beaten track, so walks to interesting areas of Milan are longish but worthwhile. Breakfast is a bit limited but adequate and the ladies providing the breakfast are lovely. The lighting in the room could have been better. We were provided with an air conditioning control on arrival which was good and needed. Unknown to us there were some reasonably good restaurants across the road from the hotel but we would not have known that had we not asked.

We booked two rooms and each room had cockroaches.

Atmosfera calda e accogliente, nettezza, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, ho gradito molto l'arredamento ed in particolare la galleria artistica pittorica.

Le patron très sympathique du moins si c'est le patron. Le gardien de nuit par contre....laisse a désirer. Climatisation marche carrément pas et gardien aime pas être dérangé. Point négatif à 100% climat. Ne marchait pas, nous avons passé deux nuits sans dormir. Salle petit déjeuner un peu lugubre... Sinon ça été. Salutations, M.Surdez

За все время своего путешествия по Европе (Амстердам, Венеция, флоренция, Рим) я останавливалась в других отелях, но из всех отелей, мне понравился ваш. Очень-очень прекрасный отель. Прекрасный, улыбчивый, симпотичный персонал, чистое здание, чистый номер, все удобства, интернет, компьютеры, не только wi-fi, гладильная, прачечная, очень внимательный персонал в Ресторане-баре. А завтрак, что подавали в этом отеле, не подавали больше ни в каком другом. После такого завтрака можно только ужинать. Расположение отеля очень удобно, как написано на сайте, рядом метро, такси, автобусы, рядом станция вокзала. Приезжая в Милан, всегда буду останавливаться в этом отеле.

Ho soggiornato in una camera che dava l'ingresso sul pianerottolo del primo piano. La mattina presto verso le 5, sono stato svegliato da un chiacchiericcio nella hall gente che parlava straniero. L'indomani ho raccontato quanto accaduto al portiere della reception il quale mi ha solo detto che a quell'ora non era lui di turno. Mi aspettavo delle scuse e qualcosa del tipo "vedrò di comunicare la cosa a chi era di turno a quell'ora". Riguardo al rapporto qualità/prezzo e sempre più evidente come in periodo di fiera i prezzi salgano e la qualità scenda.

Ottima la cortesia del personale e molto buona la qualità della colazione. L'albergo è datato con arredamenti in stile classico. Molto critico trovare un posto macchina nei dintorni.
