Nous avions réservé cette chambre pour 5 personnes, elle se trouvait à coté de la réception. Toute la nuit les gens sont rentrés et sortis en parlant très fort à la réception. Nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit, nous avons exprimé notre mécontentement et malgré la bonne volonté du veilleur de nuit nous trouvons inadmissible que cette chambre puisse être utilisée car très mal isolée. Nous avons interrogé le personnel qui s'est bien gardé de résoudre notre problème. Nous vous remercions d'avoir permis notre expression.

Climatisation en panne (30°c dans la chambre), frigidaire en panne, dans un environnement bruyant toute la nuit, incompétence de l'accueil, font que cet hotel où il a été impossible de dormir (4 personnes) nous a ruiné la dernière nuit en Italie (après 18 nuits). Cet hotel, selon moi, n'est pas à la hauteur, désolé de la franchise, mais c'est la triste réalité!!
D'après la direction, c'était la première nuit de panne et le dépanneur ne pouvait pas venir, on n'atteint pas 30°c en une journée.
