Accueil poli mais un peu froid , j'ai surtout été déçu par la salle d'eau pour un quatre étoiles , pas de baignoire mais, pire, un rideau de douche basique , blanc pas agréable du tout qui vous colle dans la douche . Petit déjeuner très bien .

Les travaux gâchent la vue sur le lac. le bruit (chambre sur rue) est le principal handicap de cet hôtel qui reste cependant plein de charme.

Ottima struttura in una meravigliosa posizione in pieno centro, sul lago, a pochi metri dal pontile della navigazione e a circa 500 dalla stazione ferroviaria Como Lago.

The worst climatization of an Hotel that I have find. Rooms and corridors very very hot. We needed to open the window to lower room temperature as the comands did not work

Je pense que si le parking de l'hôtel est sous les eaux et que nous devons mettre la voiture dans un parking public, nous aurions pas dû payer le parking vu les inconvénients.

I chose the hotel for its location. I had a room with a view over the lake which is exactly what I wanted. The hotel and its interior, furniture, showers etc are old and require refurbishment. This did not come as a surprise though. What was a surprise to me however was the quality of staff. Some of the porters and restaurant staff were lacking in the skills of friendly customer service. I am a businesswoman who extended her business trip to Milan by spending a couple of days at Como. Had the staff been up to scratch, I would have enjoyed my stay at the hotel more.

Frühstücksraum zu klein, wir mussten beide Tage bis zu 10 Minuten warten, bis wir einen Platz hatten. Personal im Frühstücksraum überfordert.
