L'hotel è ottimo. L'unico appunto è che ho trovato peli di gatto in camera, sul pavimento, sia tra venerdì e sabato, sia tra sabato e domenica. Evidentemente c'è un gatto che fa il giro delle stanze, o ama la n.° 11 e ci va di nascosto. Quanto al resto, tutto bene, ottima la disponibilità del personale, sia al bar e al ristorante, sia alla reception, ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo, molto suggestiva la location, comodi i collegamenti con la città di Erba e i dintorni.

Camere non all'altezza del livello dell'hotel, in particolare per il letto, veramente scomodo, con materassi e struttura vecchi - la camera era standard, è vero, ma sicuramente non da albergo a 4 stelle.
Poco brillante e non entusiasmante anche la gestione del bar e del ristorante.
Davvero belli e ben curati, invece, gli esterni ed, in particolare, il giardino e la zona piscina, veri fiori all'occhiello del posto.
