Les chambres et les salles de bains sont différentes de ce que nous attendions
La literie est très mauvaise.
La propreté de la douche laisse à désirer car certains joints de carrelage sont noirs.

Bonne impression d'hôtel en parfait état, à la décor moderne derrière une façade traditionnelle, personnel accueillant et parlant bien français, chambre très confortable, petit déjeuner parfait (ne pas rater les plaques géantes des 3 chocolats qu'on casse sous vos yeux). A proximité immédiate du lac, du vieux centre ville, et proche de la basilique.

Hôtel très bien placé au bord du Lac Majeur, avec grandes facilités pour rejoindre les iles Borromées et Stresa par bateau(l'embarcadère est à deux pas). Parking facile mais payant, personnel très avenant.
Belle prestation hotelière (grand lit) et excellent petit déjèuner.
De bons restaurants à proximité.
