Non mancherò di fare della pubblicità per l'hotel Locanda di Palazzo Cicala.

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. Pas de parking, réception très désagréable, aucune salle de petit déjeuner et le petit déjeuner était médiocre, chambre très mal insonorisée, ascenseur très petit, agencement de l’hôtel catastrophique, nécessaire de toilette dans la salle de bains au "compte goutte", aucun service de chambre, ni renseignement, ni coin pour boire un café ou même de l'eau. Très très déçue de cet hôtel.

Cet hôtel n'est pas digne de ses nombreuses étoiles:le petit déjeuner est sans choix et sur des tables basses, 1ère chambre proposée encore en travaux, 2ème chambre avec une salle de bains comprenant 1 WC, 1 bidet, 1 lavabo aux 3 coins de la pièce et une douche au milieu de tout cela (le tout dans environ 2m2). Très peu d'info sur les visites possibles, pas de plan de la ville, ne connaît pas les parkings à proximité. En conclusion, je recommanderai d'éviter cet hôtel!

Ho soggiornato con i miei cugini (siamo ventenni quindi pensavamo basso prezzo=poco comfort anche se i commenti e le foto erano diversi) dal 10/10/10 al 11/10/10 per visitare il salone nautico. L'albergo è ben collegato alla stazione ferroviaria (noi ci abbiamo messo 10-15 minuti a piedi). Abbiamo scelto la tipologia appartamento che è risultata meglio delle nostre aspettative. L'appartamento era enorme con cucina, salotto, rifiniture e ben ammobiliato. Le uniche pecche sono state le doghe del letto che si sfilavano e quindi ogni tanto ti ritrovavi per terra e la porta della doccia che non si chiudeva perfettamente. Comunque in entrambi i casi bastava avere un po' di accortezza e tutto si risolveva. La posizione è fantastica in pieno centro, il servizio è stato veramente ottimo in quanto la reception ci ha consigliato bei posti da vedere e buoni posti dove mangiare. La colazione era molto semplice ma soddisfacente nella saletta che affaccia sul duomo. Nel complesso siamo stati molto bene. Un consiglio:l'acquario a meno che non l'abbiate già visto a Genova o da un'altra parte è una cosa clamorosa per 18 euro che scontati sono 16. Stefano (Roma).

L'hotel è molto ben posizionato, soffre del rumore che il centro della città di Genova ha per sua natura.
Ad ogni modo è un'ottima struttura.

Hotel has no exterior markings except for a tiny sign inside of a vestibule making it difficult to find. The website did not indicate that the lobby was on another floor other than at ground floor - making the lobby difficult to find.

Per essere un 4 stelle mi aspettavo di più, a partire dal frigobar con acqua aperta per finire con il bagno mal tenuto e un pò squallido

A very enjoyable stay. Liked the breakfast arrangements, but did not get to use the restaurant as our stay was so short. Accidentally left with the room keys but gave them to the (young lady) taxi driver who said she would return them to you.

Just a few additions in the bathroom like hooks for towels would have helped. We were in the apartment that overlooks the Palazzo Ducale which was very elegant in a superb location. However, we were not informed that it was on the 5th floor with no elevator. The quality of the apartment made up for the climb!
