Non possiamo dire di essere stati male, ma l'assenza totale di personale non è un bel biglietto da visita, credevo fosse un hotel con reception ecc. invece era sempre deserto. In compenso il signore che abbiamo incontrato era gentilissimo ed educato peccato è che si capiva pochissimo.
il primo colpo d'occhio all'ingresso è stato tremendo: siamo passati davanti all' hotel 3 volte ma lo abbiamo trovato solo perchè ce l'hanno indicato infatti non c'è un'insegna o un'indicazione della struttura.
Capisco che essendo nel cuore di Roma anche la location ha un suo perchè, ma magari un'insegna luminosa non ci starebbe male.

Die Beschreibung des Hotels im Internet hält bei weitem nicht was es verspricht.
Das einzige was mit großer Sicherheit stimmt das keine Reception nach 18. 00 Uhr vorhanden ist. Wir sind 20.15 Uhr vor dem Hotel angekommen und standen vor verschlossenen Türen. Unzureichend die Hinweise auf ein Hotel haben fast dazu geführt, dass wir uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht hätten. Fazit ich würde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Il giudizio è formulato sulla base delle considerazioni seguenti: nonostante il letto matrimoniale ritengo che la stanza fosse per una persona e non per due; La porta di accesso alla struttura (in prossimità della quale la camera occupata si trova) è molto rumorosa; Tempo comunicato per la consegna di un telo da bagno aggiuntivo (in camera è stato trovato un solo telo) un'ora (abbiamo fatto senza e il telo è stato consegnato l'indomani).
