Trato personal, muy cercano y acogedor. El director se trasladó a buscarnos a la oficina de turismo, era el que servía el desayuno y el recepcionista. Desayuno aceptable, algo cortito y bien situado en calle peatonal en horas de comercio. Die Mitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich, der Cappuccino zum (ansonsten eher mittelprächtigen) Frühstück war echt richtig gut. Richtig bescheiden ist (da halt im Stadtzentrum) die Parkplatzsituation - man muss ein gutes Stück auswärts parken und zurück laufen. Für ein-zwei Nächte aber uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.
