No body is at the reception desk. When you arrived you need to phone and wait for 5-10 minutes somebody appears. The check out process doesn't work at all, particularly if you need to do it before of the deadline (10am). It doesn´t clear if it is an hostel, hotel (without stars), B&B, Airbnb or something else. It is placed so far the Storic Centre, where are all the hotspots (bar, restaurantes, trattorias, gelaterias, harbour, church, everything). Bad experience in this place. The best? I just booked 1 night, then I moved to storic centre to a real Bed & Breakfast. Greetings, Claudio Alvarez Velden.
