Es gab einen längeren Stromausfall im gesamten Hotel während unseres Aufenthaltes. Dabei wurde eigentlich nichts vom Personal unternommen, um die Gäste zu beruhigen und/oder zufriedenzustellen.
Keine Information, keine Hilfeleistung, gar nichts. Dauerte ca. 6-8 Stunden abends von 17.00 bis 24.00. Danach wiederholte sich der Stromausfall mehrmals pro Tag für jeweils kürzere oder längere Abschnitte. Danach gabs weder eine Preisreduktion für das Zimmer noch sonst irgendwas. Hätte ich von Best Western nicht erwartet.
