Ambiente sereno e gradevole, architettura tra il moderno e il vintage. Da consigliare.

Sarebbe opportuna una segnaletica stradale migliore e più diffusa.

Io e il mio compagno ci siamo trovati sempre molto bene.Le camere sono accoglienti, confortevoli l'igiene ottima. Vi ringraziamo dei bei soggiorni! Roberta T.

En general le damos un 8. La habitación muy bien sino fuera porque el baño no tenía ventana alguna ni ventilador. Aún con la limpiadora del hotel no se conseguía que el baño oliese bien. No se ventilaba debidamente, la humedad quedaba ahí y algo muy importante, se salía todo el agua de la bañera y terminaba cayéndose siempre de lo corta que era. Muy incómoda.

We arrived at the Black hotel in Rome, no help from staff. It was very hot at our room, we asked for someone to come and check, they did but could not fix the problem. We went out to see the city and on our way back the room was over 35 degree hot! We had to leave and wait outside as it was cooler than inside the room. I asked again the staff at the desk to check they said they did fix but it did not worked and we were going to leave the next day as it was too hot there, they did not apologized or anything. They were rude and treat us very bad, we have noticed others customers complaining too, one lady was asking for someone to move a car as she needed to go to the hospital and staff at the desk said at her that they were busy and that she had to wait.

In bagno mancavano finestra o aspiratore.

Inoltre alla reception c'èra una donna che non guardava negli occhi e dall'aspetto arrabbiato.

In bagno non vi era né una finestra, né un impianto di areazione.

Alle mie e ad altre richieste per il collegamento per la metro, ci si limitava a chiamare un taxi mentre la navetta rimaneva parcheggiata davanti all'ingresso. L'hotel è mal collegato al centro: c'è la necessità di fare centinaia di metri a piedi per prendere un autobus che ci porti ad un accesso alla metro e successivamente prendere la metro.

Non è possibile spengere o cambiare la temperatura della stanza.

La porta della doccia non si chiude, con il rischio di allagare il bagno.

Non c' è una mensolina nella doccia per mettere lo shampoo ed il sapone.

La televisione con due decoder e due telecomandi è troppo complicata e posizionata in modo poco visibile dal letto.

Hotel Black war absolute Klasse !!! Leider war es etwas schwierig in die Stadt zu kommen. Wir sind immer Taxi gefahren Preis pro Fahrt vom Hotel ins Zentrum ca. 15.- bis 20.-Eur.

Es wars aber Wert .....

L'unico problema che ho riscontrato e che la lotte c'era una sirena che suonava di continuo e sinceramente ho dormito poco del resto tutto perfetto lo consiglio a tutti
