Durch die Buchung bei Ihnen wurde uns ein für 5 Sterne inakzeptables Zimmer angeboten. Nach Reklamation war ein adäquates Zimmer zu einem Aufpreis verfügbar. Der Preis war bei Buchung jedoch für mich kein Kriterium und es war keine Auswahl möglich. Außer der Rezeption war das Personal freundlich.

Segnalo quello che a mio avviso per un hotel da 4 stelle non andava:
- letto singolo troppo troppo piccolo (preciso che non sono una donna obesa);
- arredamento camera spartano;
- scelta del menù al ristorante molto molto limitata;
- piscine non collegate tra loro e poca disponibilità di getti idromassaggi;
Tutto questo non sono grosse critiche negative ma solo segnalazioni per un hotel di 4 stelle quando invece potrebbe benissimo supportarne 3
Grazie in ogni caso a Voi per la possibilità che date di poter prenotare anche l'ultimo momento come nel mio caso.

Ho passato una breve vacanza in questo albergo e sono rimasta molto contenta specialmente della professionalità del personale dell'albergo. La cucina è semplicemente eccellente sia per la sceltà dei menu che per la cortesia e l'attenzione dei camerieri. Tutte le altre strutture termali ed alberghiere di un buon livello.
