Hotel confortevole ed accogliente ad un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Secondo me la descrizione Best Western Arezzo può trarre un po' in inganno chi, come me, era di passaggio. L'hotel si trova in mezzo a bellissime colline toscane, ma lontano sia dal centro città che dall'autostrada.

Hotel senza servizi (neppure un ristorante vicino, sta in un centro commerciale abbandonato, a lato di una provinciale rumorosa). Nelle camere si sudava e aprendo la finestra entrava il rumore e le zanzare. Nelle camere non c'è wifi e la presa per l'adsl era rotta. Il frigobar era rumoroso e non si poteva togliere la spina. Invece del lenzuolo di sopra c'era il piumone con la sua fodera, così ho dovuto dormire scoperta. Unica cosa buona: il personale gentile e molto disponibile.
