Stayed in room number 116 to the front and side of the building. It was so noisy with sleep impossible before 2 AM. They need to interact more with it's clients - not once did anyone ask if our stay was good, bad or indifferent. On leaving, having paid the bill, no thank you, goodbye, have a good day. Will not return to this hotel.

Wonderful place to stay and the staff could not be more helpful. Very polite and ready to help you with any problem or request. The food was of very high quality and the facilities were fantastic. I have a gluten free diet and the hotel did everything possible to ensure that I had gluten free food and there is a special menu available. We stayed longer than expected as it was so easy to be a guest in this hotel. the lounge is pleasent to use and the swimming pool is on an outdoor mezzanine level with grape vines to shade the areas on the side. We loved staying here, the only problem is that most shops and restaurant close down at 12.30 pm to 4 pm in the town, although you can get lunch at the hotel. If you are not used to facilities in the town being shut it can be frustrasting. However, great place to see Tuscany from as the trains take to you Florence and Lucca etc and run regularly. The hotel is a two minute walk to the station.

Would definitely stay here again!! Lovely place.

Although this hotel is classed as 4 star the food is only 3 star. For instance when the menu said chicken it was only a small chicken leg but otherwise the food is good and as its four courses you will not starve. The bar prices were comparable with bars in the area which is good for a hotel

Un plauso particolare agli addetti alla sala ristorante: il maitre Enio e la collaboratrice Alina sempre pronti a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti con professionalità e tanta discrezione. Vale la pena di soggiornare al Plaza.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 17 Marzo e non possiamo che esprimere la nostra gratitudine al personale dell'albergo per la squisita accoglienza e la gentilezza.

Un plauso particolare per la professionalità , la cortesia e l'attenzione puntuale va al maitre Enio e alla cameriera Alina.Ottimi i piatti preparati dallo chef.

Hôtel un peu vieillot qui a du être superbe dans sa belle époque.
