Il secondo giorno la camera non era pulita , l'ascensore non funzionava abbiamo dovuto tenere nostri bagagli a mano , non ritorniamo mai a questo albergo

Ho trovato la camera freddissima perchè la finestra era completamente aperta e non appena arrivato mi è stato chiesto di pagare forse per paura che potessi andar via senza saldare il conto, nonostante avessi fornito all'atto della prenotazione online i dati della mia carta di credito.
