Pulizia camere: purtroppo abbiamo verificato che il lampadario sopra il letto, di materiale plastico, era completamente ricoperto da polvere. Alle mie rimostranze hanno provveduto con la pulizia del giorno dopo. Non funzionante l'aria condizionata per motivi - mi viene spiegato- di passaggio di stagione. L'Hotel dista a 1700 metri dalla piazza di Urbino e 800 mt dalle antiche Mura della citta'.

We had a wonderful stay, the best service and an outstanding breakfast. We will recommend this hotel to anybody we can. I forgot a jacket at the hotel and it was sent free of charge to Austria. This is service beyond the call of duty.

Hotel complessivamente ben dotato nella struttura e con personale di livello ottimale. Ubicato ai margini della città, consente con il puntuale servizio navetta di raggiungere in pochi minuti il magnifico centro storico di Urbino. Confort generale molto buono. Eleganza e cortesia del personale. Camera e servizi annessi in ordine e ben puliti ed un sonno più che tranquillo e sereno lontano da ogni rumore.
