L'hotel si trova in area ZTL senza alcuna area di parcheggio temporanea riservata per lo scarico dei bagagli ed il check-in La mancanza di una autorimessa e' un vero handicap.

Estrema disponibilità e cortesia del personale e della gestione e efficace assistenza anche in caso di soggiorni per motivi professionali. Posizione raggiungibile facilmente rispetto a tutti i punti di interesse (turistico e amministrativo).

Nessuna domanda è stata disattesa.

3 small inconveniences :

- minibar was not regularly stocked;

- air conditioning did not work for 6 out of 7 days;

- tap in basin in bathroom was broken

But none of this stopped me from enjoying my stay at the hotel (staff were always very friendly).

Le reapprovisionnement du buffet lors du petit déjèuner laisse à desirer. Beaucoup de choix mais lorsque les plats étaient vide, le serveur ne remplissait plus. Resultat: si vous veniez à ce moment là, vous n'aviez plus que les miettes des petits pains.

L'unico inconveniente riguarda l'esposizione della camera sulla via Carlo Felice e, nonostante i doppi vetri,si sentivano i rumori provenienti dalla strada fino ad una certa ora.

The staff kindly looked after our luggage for two days until our return later in the week, which we appreciated. However, in an area noted for good bread, we found the sliced white bread on the breakfast buffet rather disappointing, and on our return on the Sunday morning, it could almost be described as stale.

Quite small but very clean and nice rooms. Unfortunately very noisy as located at the busy Corso Carlo Felice. Except this, excellent location with 3 minutes walk from the station/ airport bus and surrounded by many trattorie and restaurants.Very good breakfast for italian relations in a nice breakfast room with friendly staff. We just stayed one night because of the price (110 €) per night.
