J'ai dû monter les trois étages avec mes valises à mon arrivée et redescendre les mêmes étages à mon départ. Ayant des problèmes de dos, j'ai souffert de cette incommodité. je pensais également que je pouvais bénéficier d'une réduction pour prestation non fournie. Cela n'a pas été le cas. C'est dommage !!! quelques % de réduction sur ma facture m'auraient permis d'oublier cet incident et mes douleurs dorsales.
