La segunda cucaracha apareció en mi café, pequeñita, pero fué terrible. Lo stesso portiere mi ha confermato la cosa anche nei giorni successivi. Mentre pagavo al momento della partenza ho raccontato il tutto ad un altro portiere che ha fatto ricerche per trovarmi un pass riferito al momento dell'arrivo che mi ha consegnato e spedito ai vigili ma con data di partenza. La atención del personal es menos cordial que en España, la actitud de los conserjes, algunos jovenes, sobre información y limpieza es de indiferencia hacia el cliente, ellos son mas importantes que el cliente. El hotel debería modernizarse un poco y aprovechar el espacio de la terraza, justamente por su excelente vista; lamentablemente la terraza no esta abierta, no hay servicio y es un espacio desperdiciado. Por el resto fue una estancia placentera, la atención en información de una persona mayor fue excelente. Le falta snacks o cateteria abierta hasta mas tarde; buenas conexiones con taxis, transporte. Alle 8.00 del mattino ho dovuto fare la doccia con l'acqua quasi fredda. In camera non era possibile i canali in diffusione digitale per l'assenza del decoder digitale. La colazione era molto scarna.
