Место расположения отеля роскошное. Менеджеры рецепции доброжелательны. Но техническое состояние отеля ... не очень. Душ и туалет расположены не удобно. Сантехника требует ремонта. Цена качеству не вполне соответствует, на мой взгляд. Но это несоответствие можно оправдать местом расположения отеля.

The staff was great. And you can't beat the location.

Hotel pequeño, pero muy bien situado, cinco minutos de la catedral y de la estación. Atención del personal muy buena. Podría decir excelente. Calidad de la habitación y del desayuno suficiente para la calidad/precio. Es el clásico hotel para estar todo el día fuera y volver para dormir. Si he de decir algo en contra, el wifi no llega a todas las habitaciones. Y el baño es el clásico para este tipo de hoteles en Italia, lavabo en la habitación, y la ducha sin mampara junto al WC. Calidad/precio buena, situación buena. Te pueden conseguir un aparcamiento para el coche bien de precio, para lo que se paga normalmente.

Las fotos del hotel no coinciden con la realidad, el hotel es sucio, viejo, con mobiliarios rotos, puerta del baño rota, baño viejo, chico e incómodo. No hay aire acondicionado, así que para poder dormir, uno tiene que abrir la ventana, pero no podrá conciliar el sueño, debido a los ruidos que suben de la calle y a los mosquitos. No hay calefacción. No hay ascensores, por lo que hay que subir los equipajes por la escalera. No hay wi-fi en las habitaciones. Hay que bajar al primer piso para tener algo de señal. Los desayunos son demasiados pobres. La ubicación, sí es buena, pero está en la zona de casi todos los hoteles, por lo que seguramente se podrá conseguir algo mucho mejor y digno. Somos turistas sin muchas pretensiones, pero éste hotel en mi opinión roza lo indigente. No lo recomendamos por nada.

Il peggiore soggiorno che ricordo. Camera in condizioni di decadimento (infiltrazione del soffitto, buchi sul pavimento, bagno non definibile tale). Albergo privo di aria condizionata e pieno di zanzare, non ho potuto dormire neppure un'ora. Lo sconsiglio.

Arrived late in the afternoon and settle down in a room on the 3rd floor.

Very basic, hot water came only after few minutes (so keep the tap running). Went out for a meal only to return and finding out that the room I was given, was now occupied by another person (I was let inside the room without any problem -lack of security). When returned to the reception, the person responsible wasn't there so had to wait because he did not have a clue. Once the responsible returned he stated that I overstayed and was supposed to check out by 11am (when I arrived at 8.00pm). After a brief discussion (it was after midnight) I was returned with my belonging and offered another room on the fourth floor, which only accepted because it was late a night. Next morning, when I raised a complain, there was nobody to help and after paying by cash (not possible to pay by credit card) I was refused a receipt!

One fan was finally made available on our third/final night after we repeatedly asked for one. First night without a fan, it was too hot to sleep without the window open so it was noisy and we had a few mosquitoes. Next day they offered us a nicer room in the back facing an alley, but still no fan. So with the window open it was still noisy in the alley. About 3am we both woke to mosquitoes buzzing around our heads - there were dozens of mosquitoes in our room. We closed the window and spent about 45 minutes killing them all, there was a lot of blood on the walls. The rest of the night was hot and miserable. Third night with the fan was fine.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, está en el centro de la zona cultural y turística. El desayuno está bien y es suficiente y la atención del personal es buena.

Lo único que no me gustó mucho fue la limpieza de las habitaciones porque había rastros de mosquitos aplastados en las cortinas y paredes que se ve ya tienen mucho tiempo, así como el piso y las paredes en general que están muy viejos y percudidos.

Comparti habitación con mi hermana, la habitación y baño muy pequeña pero la atención y ubicación óptima.
