Reviews Hotel Terminal - Milan

We found it very noisy and we were not able to sleep. Too hot with windows closed, but too noisy with windows open. We chose it to be near the train station for an early departure and so in that way it did meet our needs. The reception lady was very nice and helpful at all times. For what it was, we found it quite expensive, but also realise that Milan is an expensive city.

Empfang unfreundlich.

Listed as a 4 star hotel. Found it to be rather dirty in the public areas. Walls require paint, carpets dirty etc. It is in a good location, easy to access the train station, bus and metro.

Breakfast was not included with the room, we were charged 10 euro each. Was not worth that amount of money. The first morning we went down most of the food dishes were empty.

Mi è stata assegnata una camera per disabili dove non c'era nemmeno la tendina per la doccia, il personale secondo il mio parere poco professionale con battute e confidenze che non mi piacciono e le camere molto piccole. Un soggiorno da dimenticare, meno male che ho alloggiato soltanto una notte, di sicuro se tornerò in zona stazione a Milano non alloggerò più lì.

Room had a badly stained carpet which should be replaced.

Sound could be easily heard from other rooms.

J'étais avec mon enfant de 8ans qui devais partager la chambre avec nous. On a payé la majoration de 20 euros par jour et sans petit déjeuner.

Purtroppo mi è stata assegnata una camera con bagno per portatori di handicap e senza bidet.
