It is my 4 time I use this hotel, and I don't get other hotel, this is the best one. I go to Italy every year and I prefer this hotel. The staff is A +++.

Sehr angenehm: man kann mit dem frei vom Hotel gestellten Kleinbus in die Innenstadt fahren, und wird dort wieder abgeholt-auf Anmeldung zur bestimmten Zeit , leider nur bis ca 19 Uhr.
Taxi fährt auch mit 70 durch den für 30 zugelassenen Einbahnstr-Ring, der eine Breite zwischen der Mauerbegrenzung von gefühlten 2,5 m hat, ist gut bezahlbar.

Même si c'est vrai qu'il est difficile à trouver, il vaut le détour. Son cadre enchanteur, son personnel qui parle français, la navette qui nous amène à Florence, tout est parfait.

Es un hotel maravilloso y muy acogedor.
Realmente se te hace corta la estancia en el.
Nos quedara un recuerdo muy grato del hotel y de la ciudad de Florencia.
Solo mencionar que como todos los hoteles con encanto, cuesta un poco de localizar.
Pero por todo lo demás ¡vale la pena!!

Exelente, lo que debe mejorar es extender el horario del bus que lo lleva de la biblioteca nacional al hotel porque el ultimo lo recoje a las 7PM y para el turista es un poco temprano

Le self service mériterait une amélioration. Condiments (sel poivre) sur table serait plus pratique et de la vinaigrette préparée ne nuirait pas à la classe de l'établissement.

Vite oubliés les problèmes pour trouver le chemin qui mène à l'hôtel (un lacis de petites rues sans nom) quand on découvre les lieux magnifiques et l'extrême qualité et gentillesse du personnel.
