Aria condizionata rotta personale alla reception all'arrivo indisponente e trasandato nella divisa, alla partenza incompetente: 20minuti per il check-out. Infine si era dimenticato di aprire il cancello impedendomi l'uscita con l'auto il tutto dalle ore 2.15 alle ore 2.45 della mattina.

No había aire acondicionado en habitaciones, pasando mucho calor en la habitación incluso de noche. Ese detalle es muy importante; pues sólo se estaba algo frescos en la recepción.

Non funzionava l'aria condizionata nelle camere e dopo reiterate proteste hanno fornito dei ventilatori portatili!
Siamo rimasti solo perché era per poche ore, ma è scorretto non avvisare in modo chiaro che non e' presente un servizio primario, quale l'aria condizionata durante il periodo estivo!
Inoltre la struttura secondo me non può essere assolutamente classificata 4 stelle! Da dimenticare!

Posizione strategica per vicinanza aeroporto e personale gentile. Ottimo servizio navetta ma con grande caldo totale assenza di aria condizionata.

L’hôtel est bien placé pour le transit à l'aéroport de Malpensa. Prix très compétitifs et bonne qualité. Seul problème, la climatisation. Les gérants doivent impérativement trouver une solution car avec l'été, la chaleur est accablante dans les chambres et le hall. Personnel très gentil et disponible.
