The hotel was very nice and clean. The hotel area was very big and nice. There were a lots of space for children to run and play. The rooms were big and clean. The staff was helpful and they spoke excellent english. The hotel is easy to reach from Bergamo airport.

Quando vengo a trovare i miei parenti a Bagnatica, è l'albergo che preferiamo, perchè riusciamo a riposare dopo aver viaggiato.
Inoltre dispone di ottime sanze ed una buona colazione.
Per il momento il prezzo della camera è ottimo, spero che resti così per i clienti.

Siamo scesi al ristorante alle 21.30 per bere qualcosa ma la persona che se ne occupava si è mostrata poco accogliente, dicendo senza neanche dirci "buonasera" che stavano per chiudere. Eravamo sorpresi di questa mancanza di accoglienza in un posto altrimenti cosi' bello ed elegante.
Inoltre avremmo voluto fare colazione ma eravamo costretti a partire alle 6 di mattina. Avremmo apprezzato un po' di flessibilità riguardo gli orari.
