Riscaldamento in camera molto basso e impossibile effettuare la regolazione. Ok per la mancanza della cena in quanto concordato ma almeno la possibilita' di un piccolo frigo in camera con un minimo di scorta ovviamente a pagamento.

Die Kapazität des Fahrstuhles ist unzureichend, wenn sich morgens Frühstücksgäste und Abreisende begegnen. Wir mussten sehr lange warten und die Treppe wollten wir aufgrund der schweren Koffer nicht nehmen, da wir in den oberen Etagen untergebracht waren.

Dans le parking privé il y a seulement 3 places réservées pour la totalité des chambres. Pour les autres il faut "batailler" dur. Cela m'a même coûté 1.70€. Insignifiant me direz vous, mais significatif.
Je remercie vivement le veilleur de nuit qui nous a chaleureusement offert une collation à 06h00 du matin. Je regrette aussi le fait d'avoir été obligé de régler la 3ième nuit (faute d'avoir pu l'annuler par internet 48h auparavant) alors que l'état de santé de notre fils nous contraignait de rentrer en France.

Ottima la posizione, il servizio in assoluto, se poi si vede il rapporto qualità prezzo direi quasi imbattibile; internet wi-fi gratuito e buona la colazione. Camera singola non con lettino, ma letto matrimoniale molto comodo.
Se dovessi tornare a Bolzano andrei di nuovo lì: unico piccolo neo il parcheggio, gratuito dalle 20.00 alle 7.00, oltre 1.50 l'ora.
