Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und den sort erhaltenen Service, die Angestellten waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist in sehr neuem und äußerst ansprechendem Stil eingerichtet und befindt sich ideal gleich einige Schritte neben dem Dom. Der einzigste Verbesserungsvorschlag bezüglich der Anreise bezieht sich auf die schlechte Beschilderung, um zum Hotel zu gelangen. Das Hotel selbst, an der Piazza Fontana, kann mit dem eigenen Auto, sofern man nicht Mailandkundig ist, nicht erreicht werden, da an der Zufahrtsstrasse ein Verbotsschild steht, wo nur Taxi's die Abbiegung nehmen können. Durch diese Verwirrung verlor ich nämlich 1 Stunde!
