The receptionist was rather rude and the room was so cold! I asked the receptionist if I could make the room warmer and he was rude saying that 24 degrees Celsius was the maximum and that should be enough for me. Didn't really like that!

L'hotel e' carino, peccato che la colazione non aveva i nutellini e i cornetti.Comunque nel complesso e' molto buono e confortevole. Il personale e' efficiente e molto disponibile. Abbiamo passato proprio un bel soggiorno.
