Il parcheggio era sempre completo, pericolosa l' uscita per immettersi sulla strada principale a causa dell' elevata velocità dei veicoli.

The worst hotel I have ever seen, very old .Carpet very old, the pictures are misleading.

Nice location, helpful friendly staff. Sadly, the hotel has seen better days. It really needs a facelift from top to bottom. The website photos do not show the overall shabbiness of the interior nor swimming pool area, where paint is peeling around the pool for example. However, we did enjoy a nice meal at the Hotel Milano on the lake terrace, complete with live music. We also received a 'piatto di buon riccordo' to add to our collection, although the actual dish that I sampled was not of the usual standard of the other 'piatti di buon riccordo' that we have sampled in other locations.

No air conditioning during our 5 night stay, a constant grinding noise coming from the air-conditioner in the ceiling which they admitted was (very bad!!!) but did nothing about. Breakfasts were less than adequate. For a hotel such as this to acquire a 4 star rating, I have to question the system!!

The Maitre'd was very helpful.

Pillows are too hard and we expect tea and coffee making facility in room.

Nous n'avons pas pris la demi pension et le soir nous avons mangé au restaurant de l'hotel, à la carte : très cher pour une qualité et un service médiocre.
