A mon arrivée à l'hôtel, le réceptionniste ignorait que j'avais une réservation. Toutefois, il y avait une chambre de disponible et qui m'a été facturée au prix fixé par www.initalia.it ( prix de la chambre auquel 3,00 euros de taxe de séjour pour 2 personnes ont été ajoutés, ce que j'ignorais).
Une fois le paiement par CB effectué, subitement, le réceptionniste m'a repris la facture, l'a déchiré et l'a jeté à la poubelle et je n'ai pas compris pourquoi!

Ottimo per la posizione, e la vicinanza al porto. Il personale molto gentile, la stanza rispecchia un tre stelle. sicuramente ci sono delle modifiche da apportare per rendere migliore il servizio. Complessivamente buono.

Wegen einer verspäteten Schiffsankunft erreichten wir das Hotel ca. 22 h. Gemäss Anschriften wäre das Restaurant bis 23 h offen gewesen. In der Tat war es nicht offen. Schade.
Das Morgenessen war im Preis inbegriffen, aber auch entsprechend dürftig. Wir hätten gerne ein Yoghurt gehabt. Leider nicht möglich. Uns sprachen die süssen Angebote für das Morgenessen nicht an.
Das Hotel konnte uns einen reservierten Parkplatz anbieten, allerdings war er äusserst schwierig, in der hintersten Ecke des Parkhauses erreichbar und dann noch mit Möbeln teilweise belegt. Anständigerweise wurde uns der Parkplatz nicht belastet.

Fenster mußte mann geschlossen halten (Zentrum, Lärm ist normal), dadurch sehr heiß. Klima war nicht eingeschaltet oder fuktionierte nicht.
