We were very glad to have non-smoking facilities. Although the Internet is available only in the lobby, it is free. The included breakfast is quite adequate, and our room, which overlooked the parking lot, was quiet. The hotel is an excellent value.

Everything here was great. They had great receptionists that answered all of our questions. This would be a difficult Hotel to find without speaking the language as I do, so maybe better instructions online as to which us to take and where to get off would help.

The staff are amazing, they take genuine pleasure in explaining the delights of Venice. The location is excellent on a direct bus route from the airport and into Venice within 20 minutes. Very good value for money.
