Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, notre réservation n'avait pas été enregistrée. La personne présente à l'accueil nous a demandé nos pièces d'identité et les a gardées 15 mn, sans que nous sachions pourquoi, ni où (bureaux ?), assez désagréable lorsque vous êtes à l'étranger ! sans les papiers tout devient + compliqué.
le personnel ne parle pas du tout français , ni espagnol, très peu anglais. Mais l'hôtel est bien situé et très agréable.
